A nurse in Palm Beach County was arrested on Friday after being accused of sexually battering two women at the hospital, deputies said.
Joel Vega, 34, was charged with two counts of sex assault.
According to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, detectives started to investigate after receiving two complaints that Vega allegedly sexually battered two women.
Vega is a recovery room nurse at Palms Wellington Surgical Center.
During their investigation, detectives were able to establish probable cause for the allegations and Vega was arrested.
Detectives believe there are more victims.
