February 23, 2026 – According to the Homeless Leadership Alliance, cold shelters will be open in Pinellas County tonight from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. Locations will be in St. Petersburg, Tarpon Springs, Clearwater and Pinellas Park. The Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority will be providing free bus rides to and from the shelters from 5 p.m. to 7 a.m. For more information, visit this link.
