According to Florida Statute 316.1945Â vehicles cannot park in front of a public or private driveway, but it is legal to park in front of someone’s home.
Stuart Police spokesperson Lt. Brian Bossio said people should be aware of their city and county ordinances. Depending on where you live, parking in certain areas, could result in a ticket or even getting your car towed.
