If you’re hungry, the new restaurant from Mexico now open in Wynwood can offer a few different experiences.

It can be a spot to start your day with breakfast, which could start with oatmeal or huevos rancheros, chilaquiles, toasts or an omelette. Coffee, of course.

The coffee can flow into lunchtime, and so can breakfast, which is offered all day. But if you prefer lunch, you’ll find sandwiches, salads and tacos on the menu, too.

On Friday and Saturdays, dinner is served from a menu that includes everything from lasagna and other pastas to burgers and steaks like ribeyes and New York strips. There’s also a full cocktail bar.

Cotidiano, which translates to “daily” and is the sixth location for Mexico’s Cotidiano Group, has five other restaurants in Mexico, with this Wynwood location its first in the United States.

Founder Rodrigo Hecht, who opened the first Cotidiano in Guadalajara in 2016, said that the Miami opening is “a defining moment for our brand and the beginning of Cotidiano Group’s journey in the United States.”

“It reflects our ongoing mission to create spaces that feel like home to locals and a destination for those exploring the city,” he said in a statement. “Bringing Cotidiano’s globally inspired cuisine, warm hospitality and community-centered spirit to Miami is incredibly meaningful for us.”

The restaurant is connected to the Knotel at Wyncatcher, a members-only co-working destination that opened in December of 2025. With more than 14,000 square feet of space, it includes a large dining room that seats up to 150 diners, an outdoor patio and a 6,000-square-foot atrium space it shares with Knotel.

Cotidiano also includes an upstairs private space of about 3,500 square feet for private events and parties and offers catering packages.

Hecht believes that the Wynwood neighborhood is the place to be in Miami.

“Wynwood is one of the city’s most dynamic culinary destinations,” he said. “I’m excited to bring our vision to a city that never stops evolving.”
