A man and woman were hospitalized after a crash at an intersection in Hialeah Sunday night, police said.
The crash happened around 9:30 p.m. in the area of Palm Avenue and West 21st Street.
Hialeah Police said officers and rescue workers responded and found two patients, a man in his 50s and a woman in her 70s.
Both were taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital’s Ryder Trauma Center for treatment. Their names and conditions were released.
Footage from the scene showed a white vehicle that had apparently collided with what looked like an electric bicycle or motorcycle. Both were heavily damaged and there was debris scattered across the roadway.
Police haven’t released any other details but said the crash remains under investigation.
