Sanibel Captiva Community Bank announced its sponsorship of the Fort Myers Beach Lions Club Shrimp Festival. The festival, hosted by the Fort Myers Beach Lions Club, raises funds to support charitable organizations serving individuals and families in need across the community.

This year’s festival will take place Saturday, March 7, and Sunday, March 8, and features a full schedule of events, including a parade, arts and crafts fair, Pink Gold Shrimp Boil, 5K run, Blessing of the Fleet and the annual Shrimp Queen Pageant. Known for honoring the island’s rich shrimping and maritime heritage, the festival draws thousands of visitors each year and remains a cherished part of Southwest Florida culture. Founded in 2003, Sanibel Captiva Community Bank has nine locations open throughout Lee County. On Fort Myers Beach, the bank is operating a temporary office open on Wednesdays, 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., while its permanent full-service branch is under development.
