JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Boasting a 3.835 grade point average in his Master of Organizational Leadership track, Jacksonville senior forward Allen Udemadu was named to the Academic All-ASUN Team the league announced Tuesday.
The Dolphins have had players named to the All-Academic team in back-to-back years and the three player under head coach Jordan Mincy since 2023 to be named to the Academic All-ASUN team.
Since joining the team as a transfer, Udemadu has been a solid presence down low for the Dolphins. He has appeared in 24 games overall with two double-digit scoring efforts in ASUN play against North Alabama and Bellarmine.
The Lagos, Nigeria native has also been a force in ripping down rebounds with four games over five rebounds, including a JU-high seven rebounds against FIU and EKU.
Last season, graduate guard Jakari Spence was named to the team. In 2023, Kevion Nolan earned the honor. Now Udemadu joins the trio as All-Academic honorees under Mincy.
