Tom Brady is practically NFL royalty, and he has seven Super Bowl rings to prove it. Now that he’s officially retired from playing football, Brady has launched a career as a sports analyst, minority owner of the Las Vegas Raiders, and now, an e-health entrepreneur. As his career has moved, so has he, this time into a $150 million Miami mansion.

Set on two acres within a man-made alcove on Indian Creek Island—known as Florida’s “Billionaire Bunker”—the 25,000-square-foot property is part of an exclusive enclave of 41 private, ultra-luxury waterfront estates. The home boasts a private dock, pool, garden, and a sports court.

According to the New York Post, there were rumors that Brady sold the property in the early months of 2025, but it now looks like the ex-footballer has officially taken up residence in the newly completed home. The Houses of Celebs Instagram account recently shared the Post’s photos of the exterior, and commenters had a lot to say about them.

“These extremely expensive houses all look the same and soulless,” mused one user. “Looks exactly how you’d imagine a millionaire bachelor in his 40s house would look,” writes another. One user compared the mansion to a parking garage while contrasting Brady’s current bachelor pad to the “stunning” Brentwood, California home he once shared with his ex-wife, Gisele Caroline Bündchen.

Brady, now single, spent his last season on the field navigating what he called a “challenging” divorce. This home was originally purchased in 2020 with his then-wife, but now, it reflects a major life (and aesthetic) transition, as he’s traded the provincial French style that defined his shared properties with Bündchen for sleek modernism. Gone are the arched window frames and brickwork, replaced with pale stone and expansive glass panels.

At House Beautiful, we believe that your home reflects your personal style, and so, perhaps the minimalist modern look is exactly what Brady is looking to channel into this new chapter of his life.
