The report states that their investigation led them to identify a U-Haul box truck, registered in Arizona, as the vehicle used in these illegal activities.
The Sheriff’s Office said that further inquiry allowed detectives to track down the rental agreement for the truck, which ultimately pointed to Guidetti as the suspect.
Following an interview with him, detectives established sufficient evidence to charge Guidetti with six felony offenses and six misdemeanors related to the unauthorized dumping of tires.
Guidetti is currently being held at the Palm Beach County Jail while awaiting his next court appearance.
