TAMPA, Fla. – Tastes, tunes, and topiaries are on tap this spring at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay.
Running March 6 through May 10, the Food, Wine & Garden Festival includes more than 65 menu items, wines, craft brews, and cocktails paired with the park’s rides and animal experiences.

New for 2026 are garden elements inspired by animals, including topiaries and plant sculptures designed to complement the park’s habitats. Guests can sample new dishes such as red wine-braised short rib and herb-crusted lamb steak alongside returning favorites like Cajun lobster roll and smoked chicken and white cheddar mac and cheese.
