A single-family Treasure Island home sold Feb. 19 for $3.845 million, making it the highest residential sale on the island since the beginning of 2026.
Situated on a 0.14-acre plot directly on the Gulf of Mexico, the residence, with an address at 9546 W. Gulf Boulevard, was built in 2006 and features 4,870 square feet of living space across three floors.
Located on the second and third levels are five bedrooms with ensuite baths, one half-bath, a living room with a fireplace and Gulf views, a kitchen equipped with two dishwashers, a dining area and a den/library.

The sale of a leased warehouse property at 4757 Simcoe St., Palm Harbor closed Feb. 27 for $2.1 million, $250,000 below the asking price of $2.35 million.
Built in 1985, the one-story structure, with a total of 15,300 square feet, is divided into four units, three of which have tenants with NNN leases. It is situated on a 0.71-acre parcel in a non-flood zone.
Unit A/B offers 3,500 square feet of warehouse and 1,600 square feet of office space. Units C, D and E provide 3,400 square feet, 3,500 square feet and 3,300 square feet of warehouse space, respectively.
