A food drive was launched to help impacted federal workers at Orlando International Airport.

The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority is conducting a food drive supporting local federal workers, including Transportation Security Administration (TSA) agents, who are affected by the partial government shutdown.

According to GOAA, the Orlando drive will collect:

nonperishable food items
cleaning & laundry supplies
pet supplies
diapers
$10 gift cards for gas/groceries

Central Florida passengers may drop off items at the Information booths, located on the Departures level at Terminals A, B, and C.

Anyone interested in helping can bring contributions to the following locations:

Orlando International Airport (MCO), Terminal C Departures Curb:

9am to 2pm
through Monday, March 9th, and additional days as needed

Orlando Executive Airport (ORL), 365 Rickenbacker Drive, Orlando

9am to 5pm
Monday through Friday until further notice
