The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office sent out an alert Monday night warning that a crash with injuries had shut down the road.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — All of 103rd Street is shut down in the Jacksonville Heights area due to a crash, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.

In a traffic alert shortly after 7:45 p.m. Monday, the sheriff’s office said the crash happened near Valdura Avenue, and there were injuries involved.

The number of cars and people injured was not immediately known.

There is no clear timetable for when the road will reopen.Â
