(Hialeah, FL) – The City of Hialeah is establishing a Condominium and Homeowners Association Task Force called “CHAT.”
Mayor Bryan Calvo will sign an executive order Wednesday March 11th at 2 p.m. at Hialeah City Hall on 501 President Donald J. Trump Ave.
The mayor will create CHAT in partnership with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) which oversees condominium boards but has a limited relationship with HOA’s.
Mayor Calvo says CHAT will respond directly to concerns from residents who live in condominium or homeowners’ associations.
