Central Florida high school teacher arrested in 2025 hit-and-run

A teacher at Winter Park High School was arrested at his residence on Tuesday on a warrant for his arrest regarding his involvement in a crash that occurred in December 2025, according to the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office.Benjamin Fottler, 50, had a warrant out for his arrest after he was accused of fleeing the scene of a crash without rendering aid.
