Mattamy Homes will launch of a new farm-to-table dinner series at Newfield in Palm City, beginning with its inaugural event on March 22, from 4 to 8 p.m. inside The Barn.

The series offers an interactive experience that brings residents and guests together around locally grown food. The evening will open with handcrafted cocktails and live music, followed by an introduction to the farm team and guided tours of Newfield Farm.

Guests will dine inside The Barn, just steps from the fields where much of the produce is harvested. The March event will feature a seasonal, multi-course menu prepared by Chef Taylor Wilson of Palm City Social and The Gafford. Known for incorporating fresh, regional ingredients into his menus, Wilson will showcase goods grown at Newfield Farm.

The evening’s three-course seasonal menu begins with a chilled sesame lo mein salad, featuring Newfield Farm baby greens and seasonal vegetables. For the main course, guests will enjoy slow-braised Korean barbecue short rib served over roasted carrot-ginger purée with braised bok choy. Dessert will feature yuzu-macerated Plant City strawberries layered with vanilla bean mousse.

Tickets are limited. Pricing starts at $185 for Newfield residents and $200 for non-residents. The event is open to guests ages 21 and older.

The full menu and registration are available at the Eventbrite.
