Disney confirmed that the Treehouse Villas at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa will soon be refurbished in phases. This comes after Disney filed permits for the villas in December.
Treehouse Villas Refurbishment

The Treehouse Villas will be refurbished in phases through mid-September 2026. This means not all the villas will have to close at the same time.
The permits expire in January 7, 2027, giving some leeway for the work. The contractor is renovation company Land‑Ron. The work is expected to be interior-focused.
The Turf Club Bar and Grill and The Turf Club Lounge at Saratoga Springs are also going through refurbishment this year. Tennis courts and basketball courts at the resort will close for refurbishment soon.
