Miami Beach luxury real estate agent David Hunt Solomon has joined Coldwell Banker Realty from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty.
During his 20-year career, Solomon has completed about $500 million in sales, including a $49.5 million record sale of a home on Star Island, the $37 million sale of a double-vacant Star Island lot and the $35.4 million sale of a North Bay Road mansion.
He also oversaw a $9 million international corporate office lease on Brickell Key, which included a complete company relocation and homes and condos for the corporate staff.
“I felt like Coldwell Banker Realty was a company that would stand behind and believe in me, appreciating and valuing my individuality and creativity that set me apart from the rest,” Solomon said. “With a strong national and global network, innovative tech tools and a core family environment, I believe my talents will be an excellent match.”
Solomon also has extensive experience developing waterfront and non-waterfront homes on La Gorce Island, Sunset Islands, Star Island, North Bay Road, Mid Beach and Bal Harbour.
Solomon is currently leading the redevelopment of a prime corner lot on FairGreen Drive in Miami Beach. The new luxury home will have architectural and interior design by Carlos and Jacqueline Touzet from Touzet Studio, with a $20 million projected list price.
“I have known David for several years and believe with absolute certainty that our luxury real estate market share in southeast Florida and extensive marketing tools will give him a competitive advantage,” said Duff Rubin, regional president, Southeast. “Coldwell Banker Realty is the ideal environment for top‑tier professionals, and David’s expertise will flourish here.”
Additionally, Solomon’s wife, Jacqueline Oliva, has joined Coldwell Banker as an independent real estate agent.
