With just one day left until Selection Sunday and March Madness just around the corner, it’s crunch time in conference tournaments around the country.
In the SEC, it’s all about Florida and whether the Gators can run it back with another national title. The Gators struggled to start the season and then even fell out of the national rankings completely by early January. But now, this team feels like a completely different story. The Gators ended the season on an 11-game win streak and their first regular-season SEC title since 2014.

Duke Miles scored 30 points in Vandy’s quarterfinal win over Tennessee on Friday. The Vols didn’t have much of answer for either Miles or point guard Tyler Tanner.
Florida’s size, however, could give Vanderbilt trouble.

We still have about a half hour until the first semifinal of the day between Florida and Vanderbilt.
The two teams have only played once this year and it was a high-scoring game that went down to the final seconds. The Gators came out on top in that one, 98-94; five Florida players had 14+ points in the win.

Tae Davis scored to pull Oklahoma to within two points once again. Nijel Pack then fouled Darius Acuff Jr., who made one of two free throws.
That gave Oklahoma a chance for a game-tying 3, but Pack missed his shot from deep behind the arc with five seconds left. Arkansas got the rebound and time ran out on the Sooners.
Acuff scored 37 points, two away from an Arkansas SEC tournament record (39 by Todd Day). He added five rebounds, five assists and three steals to lift the Razorbacks to the SEC tournament semifinals.

But Arkansas quickly evened it up on two Trevon Brazile free throws and a layup from Malique Ewin.

Acuff has a game-high 21 points on 7-of-10 shooting (4-of-7 on 3s). Nijel Pack leads Oklahoma with 16 points. They are the two players who have scored in double figures thus far.
