A JetBlue Flight from Boston to Vero Beach, Florida, on Saturday experienced a bomb threat, Massachusetts State Police said.
According to authorities, MassPort officials received a phone call on Saturday morning from an unidentified person who claimed that there was a bomb aboard the plane.
JetBlue flight 1231 was then taxied to a remote area after landing in Florida, JetBlue communications said.
The plane was met by law enforcement, who cleared the aircraft, authorities said.
According to state police, troopers assigned to Logan Airport, the Anti-Terrorism Unit and the Commonwealth Fusion Center worked with Florida authorities to conclude that it had been a fake threat.
