PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. (CBS12) — Police say a weeks-long undercover sting in Port St. Lucie ended Wednesday in two arrests and a SWAT raid uncovered fentanyl, meth, and Xanax.

The Port St. Lucie Police Department said its Special Investigation Division executed a search warrant at a home on SW Christmas Terrace at 4:43 a.m. The bust reportedly followed a weeks-long investigation where undercover detectives conducted three controlled buys, reportedly recovering both fentanyl and methamphetamine from the residence.

After the SWAT team cleared the home, investigators say they found 67-year-old Patricia Spencer inside.

Along with the suspect, they also allegedly found fentanyl on the table in the garage, a half pound of marijuana in the patio area, and individually packaged methamphetamine, Xanax, and a digital scale in the bedroom.

While other roommates say a steady stream of strangers were meeting Spencer in the patio area for drug deals, Spencer told investigators that people were actually meeting another roommate, 39-year-old Kyle Malcolm.

Spencer faces multiple felony counts, including possession of fentanyl and possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell, according to the criminal probable cause affidavit.

Malcolm also faces multiple counts, including possession of marijuana with intent to sell and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.
