Landscapers find ‘partially submerged’ body in water near MIA, deputies say

MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. — Landscapers working in the vicinity of the Miami International Airport found a person dead on Monday, according to Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office deputies.

The body was “partially submerged in water” near Northwest 42 Avenue and 25 Street, according to Detective Joseph R. Peguero Rivera.

Detectives asked anyone with information about this or other cases to call Miami-Dade County Crime Stoppers at 305-471-8477 to remain anonymous.
