ORANGE PARK, Fla. — A woman has been arrested, accused of killing her husband at his home in Orange Park.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jasmine Brown, 33, one day after finding the man shot in the roadway near his home on Gano Court. The victim, 30-year-old Kerbisson Sion, reportedly lived separately from her at the time.
The sheriff’s office said Brown came to Sion’s residence in the early morning hours, where the two got into an altercation. Sion is believed to have been shot and killed at approximately 5:15 a.m.
Brown was later found at an apartment complex on Sunbeam Road in Jacksonville with the help of the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office. CCSO said deputies arrested Brown for second-degree murder Monday after she agreed to return to Clay County.
