The Tradition Continues: St. Pat’s at St. Pete’s Concert

Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with an evening of joyful music as The Cascade Singers present their annual “St. Pat’s at St. Pete’s Concert” on Tuesday, March 17, 7-8:30 p.m.

Hosted at the historic Old St. Peter’s Landmark (405 Lincoln St., The Dalles), this free community concert promises a festive mix of traditional Irish sounds. Attendees will experience the rhythmic heartbeat of Uilleann pipes and drums, alongside the sweet, harmonious melodies of the violin and guitar. The evening’s program features a rich blend of whistling, soulful ballads, and lively Irish jigs, including beloved classics like “Danny Boy,” “When Irish Eyes Are Smiling,” and “Whiskey in a Jar.”

Admission is completely free, with all donations gratefully accepted to support the ongoing preservation of the Old St. Peter’s Landmark. Whether you come for the soulful tunes or the lively jigs, you might just find yourself dancing in your seat—there is truly something for everyone.
