MIAMI, Fla. (CBS12) — Zoo Miami is taking extra precautions after receiving bomb threats for four consecutive days, leading to daily evacuations.
Authorities from the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office said that they are now patrolling the area around the clock to ensure safety for visitors.
Officials said the latest threat occurred on Monday, prompting temporary closures and evacuations while police conducted thorough checks and issued an all-clear.
