TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – A Tallahassee woman pleaded no contest to grand theft after being accused of stealing thousands of dollars from her employer.
Regina Peacock entered her plea earlier this month and was sentenced to 90 days in jail.

Peacock’s jail time will only be served on weekends, according to court documents. She also must pay back the over $500,000 she stole.
She was arrested in Dec. and, according to arrest documents, was an office manager for a Tallahassee doctor’s office.

Peacock made duplicate employee profiles in payroll systems to get paid extra, according to arrest papers.
Between January 2018 and March 2025, she allegedly paid herself $509,633, court records show. She claimed she was helping a homeless woman for several years.
