FORT MYERS, Fla. (WINK)— Canterbury School will be closed on Tuesday, March 17, due to severe weather damage on campus from storms that moved through Southwest Florida.

The school said that they are dealing with a mess from the winds, and that there’s no structural damage. It’s more of a clean up, putting things back in their place before students return.

According to the school, some things flipped over like the bleachers, and the goals on the field, lacrosse nets were pulled down.

Students, faculty and staff should not come to campus Tuesday, but the school plans to reopen on Wednesday.
