TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – These pups are ready to be your spring break buddies, year-round!
WCTV and the Tallahassee Animal Service Center team up each week to spotlight four adoptable dogs in hopes of helping them find their fur-ever homes faster!
Here are the dogs we are featuring this week:
MEET GROOT
Groot loves chew toys, squeaky toys – just about any toys – and socks will do just fine too!(WCTV)

This fun-loving boy is ready to romp!
He can’t wait to go for a ride or a run!
He loves chew toys, squeaky toys … just about any toys … and socks will do just fine too!
Groot’s tail wags constantly.
Have you ever met someone always happy and thought, no one could really be that happy?
That’s Groot.
He’s at the shelter because his owner could no longer afford to care for him.
Groot gets bored easily – and startled easily – so he’s hoping to find a family that is active, affectionate, and reassuring too.

MEET TWIN
Twin has a face so full of hope and earnestness, that she’s simply irresistible!(WCTV)
Meet Twin!
This little lady is sweetness on a leash.
Twin is gentle and loving and likes to walk right by your side.
The three-year-old is hoping to be part of a loving family again soon. Her owner moved and couldn’t take her along.
Twin knows her manners, loves treats, and has a face so full of hope and earnestness that she’s simply irresistible!
Twin is a calm and cuddly companion looking for a calm and cuddly family.

MEET HANK
Hank has a big personality and needs a big backyard!(WCTV)
Meet Hank!
This loveable lab is seven years old but no one told him that!
Hank is a happy-go-lucky boy with an emphasis on go!
He loves taking in the sights, sounds and especially the smells all around him.
This big boy is excited about life and wound up at the shelter because his owner no longer had the time to take care of him.
He loves shredding toys and staying busy.
Hank has a big personality and needs a big backyard.

MEET MAZI
Meet Mazi!
Mazi is playful and friendly, and has a smile a mile wide!(WCTV)
Meet Mazi! Oh my, Mazi!
This German Shepherd mix is snow white with brilliant blue eyes and a smile a mile wide!
Mazi was a stray, but she’s clearly been loved before, greeting us with gusto and then collapsing into a heap of cuteness.
Mazi loves belly rubs, and back rubs, and ear rubs and is oh so content to soak up every ounce of affection you have to offer.
Mazi is playful and friendly. She enjoys wiggling in the grass and bounding along by your side.

MEET AND GREET
You can meet these dogs and dozens more awaiting adoption at the Tallahassee Animal Service Center. It’s located across from Tom Brown Park at 1125 Easterwood Drive in Tallahassee.
You can walk through the kennels Tuesday through Sunday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and can also visit by appointment the rest of the week from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.

CONGRATULATIONS!
We are excited to share that two more dogs recently featured on Furry Friday were adopted this week … and a third was rescued! Frosty and Rosie were adopted and Kai was transported to a rescue up north with the promise of a fur-ever family there!
