The Orlando Police Department released bodycam Friday showing a woman biting an officer after allegedly attacking an elderly victim over a driving dispute. It happened on Feb. 23 in the area of Millenia Boulevard and Millenia Plaza Way, OPD said. The suspect, Mandolyn Shaffer-Brockwell, refused to comply when officers found her following the incident. Orlando police were able to locate Shaffer-Brockwell based on a description of her and her vehicle by the victim.
