ONSLOW COUNTY, N.C. (WITN) – A Jacksonville man is facing several felony charges after court documents show he was found with drugs, more than 100 pills, and a stolen handgun.
According to a magistrate’s order, the Pikeville Police Department arrested 35-year-old Jarmil Prunes on Saturday.
Documents say Prunes had a black Ruger LCP .380 handgun that had been reported stolen.
He was also in possession of methamphetamine, along with more than 100 tablets, capsules, and dosage units of Ironman Biotech Testosterone 300, a controlled substance, according to a magistrate’s order.
Prunes is being charged with possession of a stolen firearm, possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of a controlled substance.
He is being held in the Onslow County Jail under no bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Monday.
