A significant law enforcement presence has been reported in a Cape Coral neighborhood Tuesday morning. Video from the neighborhood shows officers along Wilmington Parkway and Northwest 11th Court before the scene moved to NW 25th Street and NW 14th Ave.Helicopters and drones are actively present in the area. A fire rescue unit is also on the scene.
