We love it when a good time and a good cause come together. This April, the return of the True North Society Chips for Charity night will be the must-attend event of the spring for young professionals in Tampa Bay, all in the name of supporting local children through Think Big For Kids.
The swanky event takes place on Friday, April 17 from 7-10 pm at Hyde House Public Studio (1646 West Snow Avenue) and this year’s theme is Iconic Old Vegas: “Old Vegas glam encouraged – go bold, retro and iconic.” Tickets are available now, and space is limited for this always-popular soiree, so we recommend securing yours soon.

Tampa Bay’s best charity event
The massive charity party is one part casino night, one part mixer, and one part charitable benefit. You’ll be joined by fellow young professionals in a high-energy night of cocktails, casino games and music – all while helping low-income students achieve their dreams with financial support for their post-secondary education. By showing up, you’re directly empowering the next generation to succeed in their careers.
It’s a night of fun, games, and celebration for a great cause. The event includes specialty cocktails as part of the open bar, as well as a chef-curated, Vegas-style buffet, and live music throughout the evening. Guests will be able to try their luck at classic casino games like blackjack, roulette and craps for a chance to win some seriously awesome prizes, all alongside great raffles.
Tickets for Chips for Charity are available here until they sell out. The event takes place Friday, April 17, from 7-10 pm.

Charity event benefits local at-risk youth
Chips for Charity is a benefit for the True North Society and their Passion Scholarship Fund, which helps students in low-income areas achieve their dreams with financial support for their post-secondary education. By showing up, you’re directly empowering the next generation to succeed in their careers.
It’s all part of the greater cause led by Think Big for Kids. The True North Society is the charitable young professionals arm of Think Big for Kids, a national organization with an active and deeply impactful Tampa Bay chapter.
The nonprofit that partners with companies across numerous industries and likeminded organizations to provide the awareness, guidance and support young people need to set and achieve their post-graduation goals. Their ultimate goal is to break the cycle of poverty by providing middle and high school students with career exploration, mentorship, and job readiness and placement to excel in today’s workforce.
