Special Hearts Farm announced it has been selected as a recipient of the Light the World Giving Machine, a vending machine in Altamonte Springs which supports local and international nonprofits, sponsored by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. 

At the mall, people can purchase items such as meals, clothes and livestock through the vending machine, with 100% of donations going directly to nonprofits. 

Winter Garden’s Special Hearts Farm received $18,661 in donations. 

“We are incredibly grateful and blessed to have been selected as a recipient of The Giving Machine last year and receive this amazing funding towards our mission,” the nonprofit posted to its social media. “It has truly been a privilege to be a part of this amazing experience. …We are forever grateful.”
