W.W. Gay, a Jacksonville-based premier mechanical contracting company, has named Madelen Salter as the company’s Senior Vice President of External Affairs. Salter will lead the company in building, developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities, community leaders, industry partners, media and advocacy groups. Salter brings a wealth of experience to the position, with a background in business development, sales and marketing, change management and workplace planning.
Salter was recently appointed by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis to serve on the Board of Directors of the Jacksonville Transportation Authority. She also sits on the JAX Chamber Board of Directors, the JAXUSA Partnership Policy Council and is the 2025-2026 JAXUSA Partnership Business Development Committee Chair.
