TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – A Godby High School student was arrested on Wednesday after being found with a gun on campus, according to the Leon County Sheriff’s Office.
A school administrator learned that a student could potentially have a weapon and a search was done.
During the search, a loaded 9mm Glock was found in the student’s vehicle.
An investigation determined the gun was stolen, according to LCSO.

The student, a 17-year-old, is charged with Possession of a Firearm on School Grounds, Possession of a Firearm by a Delinquent and Grand Theft of a Firearm.
LCSO said the student will also face disciplinary action in accordance with the Leon County Schools Code of Conduct.
