The Florida-based chain is expanding to three locations in Duval County, with freebies for the first visitors to its newest spot on Friday.

Jacksonville is expanding its Mexican dining options with a new location for a familiar brand.
Talkin’ Tacos is opening at the Oakleaf Town Center, located on Applecross Road, on Friday, March 27.
Beginning as a food truck in Miami, the business has expanded to brick-and-mortar fast-casual restaurants in several states. Currently, the brand has two locations in Duval County: one in Jacksonville Beach and another at the St. Johns Town Center.

The kitchen is best known for its birria, presented in taco, mac ‘n’ cheese, grilled cheese, pizza and even ramen form.
At its grand-opening ceremony at 6 p.m. Sunday, Talkin Tacos says it will celebrate with live entertainment and free birria tacos for the first 100 people in line.
Most locations are open from 11 a.m. until around 2 a.m.
