Edison National Bank has named Liz LaForce as its new concierge at its Cleveland Avenue office.

The customer’s banking experience at Edison National Bank begins with the concierge’s warm greeting, plates of fresh-baked cookies and familiar faces of experienced professionals who know customers by name. In her new role, LaForce will collaborate closely with bank tellers, personal bankers and office managers to ensure a seamless experience for customers. She will direct clients to banking or lending/mortgage services and assist with routine banking needs such as account inquiries.

LaForce previously served as a customer service representative with Edison National Bank since April 2024. She has 32 years of banking experience, including branch management, bank operations and customer service. She is originally from New York and has called Southwest Florida her home for the past 34 years.

“We are pleased to see Liz step into her new role at our Cleveland Avenue office,” said Robbie Roepstorff, president of Edison National Bank/Bank of the Islands. “With more than three decades of experience in banking, she has been, and continues to be, an asset to our customers and team.”
