A multi-car crash has shut down southbound traffic on Interstate 95 in Miami on Thursday morning.
Traffic cameras show one seriously damaged car across several lanes around Northwest 95th Street, with debris spread across the highway. Other involved vehicles are also stopped.

According to early reports, backups stretch to the Golden Glades Interchange in North Miami-Dade.
Southbound traffic has ground to a halt as commuters try to get to State Road 112 and downtown Miami. The express lanes are not affected.
“It is a parking lot,” CBS News Miami traffic reporter Austin Carter said.
Alternative routes include Northwest Seventh Avenue and U.S. 1.
