Say it ain’t so, but legendary 90s alternative outfit Weezer is back on tour, and they’re coming to Tampa this fall.

The “Weezer: The Gathering” tour will stop at Benchmark International Arena on Oct. 14, and will include performances by The Shins and Silversun Pickups.

If you can’t make the Tampa show, the 32 city arena run also includes two other Florida shows, with a stop at Orlando’s Kia Center on Oct. 11 and Sunrise’s Amerant Bank Arena on Oct. 13.

Presale tickets will be available for Citi, Verizon, Mastercard, American Express, and Weezer fan club members on Tuesday, March 31, while general on-sale tickets will go on sale Friday, April 3 at Weezer.com.

Known for hits like “Buddy Holly,” “Beverly Hills,” and “Island in the Sun,” the group has a new untitled album that’s rumored to be coming out any day now, and a new single from that project is expected to be released on April 1 (not a April Fools joke).

Pitch in to help make the Tampa Bay Journalism Project a success.
