TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Most of Sunday is looking dry, but we are tracking better rain chances for late Sunday and early Monday.
Tonight Through Sunday Night
Another quiet evening is ahead for our region. Lows are not as cool as recent nights. We hover in the upper-50s and low-60s under a partly cloudy sky.
We are tracking more clouds on Sunday, but most of the day should be in pretty good shape. An isolated shower is possible for the afternoon, but most of us are looking dry. Highs hover in the low-80s.
For Sunday night, our next weather system rolls across the area and should bring scattered showers and a few thunderstorms. We are not expecting widespread rain, but some beneficial showers are looking possible. Lows only fall into the low-and-mid-60s.
Starting The Work Week
Scattered showers look to linger into Monday morning, but we should see a drying trend for the afternoon. Highs reach the mid-70s under a partly sunny sky. Lows fall into the upper-50s.
Tuesday is looking gloomy and cooler. A stray shower is possible, but most of us are looking dry under a partly sunny sky. Temperatures only top out in the low-70s, and lows fall into the low-50s.
Extended Forecast
Looking ahead, we should see another cold front on Wednesday. A few showers are possible with this weather system, but it will also bring another shot of cool air. Highs on Wednesday top out in the low-70s, and lows dip into the upper-40s.
Behind this Wednesday front, we are tracking much cooler weather for Thursday and Friday.
Highs could stay in the mid-and-upper-60s to end the work week under some sunshine.
Overnight lows tumble into the mid-and-low-40s.
