Court records show that Lee County Judge Andrew Marcus has ordered registered sex offender Worden Bourn be held without bond. Bourn was recently rearrested near Cuba by the Lee County Sheriff’s Department for skipping a scheduled court appointment.
He was originally charged with supplying a minor with alcohol and drugs on a boat he was living in off of Fort Myers Beach. He then skipped town and headed toward Cuba.
Bourn’s next court appearance is set for April 20th at 8AM. He’s being assigned a public defender.
