The festive Easter-themed cookie is available at both Gideon’s locations, while the new Easter cake is available at the original location.
Gideon’s Easter-Favorite Cookie Returns
The ever-popular Gideon’s Bakehouse announced via Instagram the return of its seasonal Carrot Cake Cookie for a limited Easter 2026 run, describing it as a nearly half-pound cookie made with warm spices, molasses, and finely incorporated carrots, then topped with housemade candied pecans and a carrot cream cheese glaze.
The cookie is available at both the Disney Springs Gideon’s location and the original East End Market shop from today through Easter Sunday only, with a limit of two per person. Note that the East End Market shop will be closed on Easter proper.
Pre-Orders Open for Gideon’s Easter Cake
Gideon’s also promoted its new Easter Cake with a limited preorder window. The colorful cake is described as a coconut cake topped with marshmallow buttercream and malted chocolate eggs, a classic Easter treat. Preorders open today and run through April 1 at midnight. Note that this item is available for pickup only at the East End Market location – not available at Disney Springs.

Gideon’s Bakehouse opened its first physical shop at East End Market in Orlando in October 2016 with one employee and an $800 budget.
The indulgent cookie recipes proved to be explosively popular, and the bakehouse later expanded with a much larger Disney Springs location. While its staple chocolate cookie recipes remain available at both locations, Gideon’s leans heavily into limited-time monthly menus and offers other collectible-style releases.
The business is currently expanding its Disney Springs presence with a new location called Six Ravens, which will offer new savory food concepts alongside craft beer and new desserts.
