FIREFIGHTERS QUICKLY CONTAINED IT DID HAVE SOME EXPOSURE TO THE ELECTRICAL ON THE ADJACENT STRUCTURE THERE, BUT NO ZAKARPATTIA EXIT ACTED FAST AND WE WERE ABLE TO KEEP IT CONTAINED TO THE ARE

Crews of the Orlando Fire Department responded to a fire involving a dumpster and nearby pallets on Old Winter Garden Road, just west of John Young Parkway, Sunday afternoon.WESH 2 sent a crew to the scene where the fire had spread to some nearby trees. The fire was quickly contained, but it did spread to the electrical system of a structure. “It did have some exposure to the electrical on the adjacent structure there, but no, crews acted fast, and were able to keep it contained to the area of origin,” said District Chief Chris Cottrill.Orange County Fire Rescue also assisted with putting out the fire.
