How to see the Artemis II launch tonight across Southwest Florida

Keep an eye on the skies Wednesday night as the Artemis II launch window opens at 6:24 p.m. from Cape Canaveral. While thick clouds and gusty winds are the main concerns, weather favorability is at 80 percent for the launch. It will take roughly 40 seconds after the launch to see Artemis II from Southwest Florida. While most communities will stay dry, an east wind will drive a few showers toward the coast tonight.
