Last week, the Orlando Pride announced the hiring of Mark Wilson as the club’s first-ever technical director, a role created to enhance the organization’s long-term sporting strategy, player development pathways, and global recruitment efforts. Wilson will collaborate closely with the Pride’s technical operations, including scouting, talent identification, and performance infrastructure, while working alongside Vice President of Soccer Operations and General Manager Caitlin Carducci. Wilson previously served as Angel City FC’s inaugural technical director, appointed in 2024.
