Jucy’s Hamburgers hopes to open in Jacksonville by end of the year

Jucy’s Hamburgers plans to open a location in Jacksonville by the end of the 2026 calendar year.

The company is currently finalizing and approving plans, according to Jeff Kiefer, director of human resources for Jucy’s Hamburgers.

While no timeline for groundbreaking and construction is yet available, Kiefer said construction typically takes about five months to complete. The specific time could vary due to weather conditions and other factors.

He said about 30 to 40 employees will be needed to get the site operational.

Jucy’s Hamburgers is currently focusing on the opening of a location in White Oak, Texas, which is taking priority and expected to open first, according to Kiefer.

“We hope to complete this [Jacksonville] project by the end of the year, but that depends on the other project,” he said.
