Fire Rescue transported Lepselter to Broward Health Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.According to the sheriff’s office, Lepselter was ending his fire watch at the airport and preparing to head his regular shift in Weston, when he was found unresponsive in the parking garage.“This loss of Firefighter/Paramedic Lepselter is deeply felt across our entire organization. Moments like this affect each of us in different ways,” Broward County Sheriff Gregory Tony said in a statement on Sunday night. “Throughout his career, he exemplified the values of BSO, consistently putting the needs of the community and his fellow team members above all else.
