City of Cape Coral will host a Business & Industry Roundtable for Workforce & Education on April 17 at City Hall, bringing together employers, educators and workforce partners to discuss talent development and retention. The event is part of the city’s ongoing roundtable series aimed at strengthening connections between industry and education. Attendees will explore job trends, training pathways and emerging skills needs, while sharing insights on programs that support workforce readiness and economic growth.
