OP Senior Center ushers in spring with ‘eggs’travaganza

ORANGE PARK – The Orange Park Senior Center celebrated the beginning of Spring and the Easter holiday with a special party on Thursday, April 2. Carlos from Archwell DJ’d the event, while Live Bunny Glenn, also from Archwell, added to a day of music and bunny love. Seniors were dressed in Easter outfits and bonnets for a fashion show. Amazing door prizes were donated by Wana Cook from RadiFi, Bill Green of Green Insurance and several anonymous donors. The center rounded out the day with dancing and a holiday meal of ham, sweet potatoes and green beans. Although the music eventually faded, and the last bit of food was consumed, all left happy and singing a tune.
