A major crash shut down a part of I-4 westbound just south of downtown Orlando.The crash happened around 8:30 Wednesday morning near the Michigan Street exit.Orlando police are were on scene working to clear the crash. There were major delays in the area as traffic from SR-408 also merges onto I-4 westbound.Drivers can use the I-4 westbound express lanes to avoid the backups. Drivers need to enter the express lanes near the Maitland Boulevard exit if they are already on I-4 or in downtown Orlando if they are entering the interstate.All of the lanes have since reopened.

One lane is open to drivers.
